It's always a piece of jewelry item, whether it's a necklace, ring, bracelet, earrings, anklet, or something shiny! Each piece is shipped inside a beautiful bag that you can reuse for something else or if you don't like the item, you can gift it!
Unless otherwise stated, all orders typically ship around first 2 weeks of the month. We use Newgistics, Fedex, and USPS carriers for delivery. You will receive a ship confirmation once your order is processed for shipping.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns. We can not offer refunds for returns.
